Oh yeah! Nothing better during summer than a chocolate malt to beat the heat. This is very easy as long as you have the right tools.
1/2 glass of vanilla ice cream (I use homemade see its recipe here)
1 Tablespoon of chocolate syrup
1 teaspoon of malt
1/4 to 1/2 C of milk (this ingredient just makes the immersion blender work less hard)
Using a glass and an immersion blender mix until icy crystals form in the milk and all is blended.
Yum! Any ice cream malt brings back memories of youth and puts a smile on my face after the first taste.
Sorry no pictures (I will let you imagine the picture) as this glass of chocolate malt was sucked/spooned down so fast all that was left was milk mustaches on many happy faces.
